Dale Eugene Jasper was born December 27, 1957, to LeRoy and Marilyn (Lubben) Jasper at Pipestone. He grew up on and loved the farm near Edgerton. He attended Edgerton Public School and graduated in 1976. He attended Canby Vo-Tech for Ag Business for two years. He was a lifelong member of Woodstock Reformed Church. Dale loved his nieces and nephews. He loved sports, especially softball. He loved skiing trips and playing cards, especially pinochle.
Dale had struggles that changed the course of some things in his life. He continued to tell us that Jesus Christ was in his heart and he believed that.
Through his struggles in the last years he always asked questions about any and all of his nieces and nephews and their children. What they were up to and how they were doing. He was a good uncle even through his struggles.
Dale is remembered by his mom, Marilyn Jasper; sisters: Sandy (Ive) Schelhaas of Edgerton; Lori (Ardean) Veldkamp of Hingham, Wisc.; and brother, Todd (Krista) Jasper of Edgerton; 12 nieces and nephews; 33 great-nieces and nephews; and a friend, DJ at Westbridge in Marshall.
He was preceded in death by his dad, LeRoy Jasper in 1991, and infant nephew, Jeremy Schelhaas in 1982.
