FFA meats team places in Region 6
The Edgerton FFA meats team placed 1st in Region 6 FFA last week. The team is composed of Carter Kracht who placed 4th overall, Chloe Kracht who placed 10th overall, Braelyn Kracht who placed 1st individually, and Shania Manderscheid who placed 13th overall. They will now compete next month for a chance at the state title. The team is coached by Lucas Kracht. Congratulations!
Weinkauf elected to Region FFA officer position
Jaden Weinkauf is the 2021-2022 Region 6 FFA Sentinel. Jaden will work with 6 other FFA members across the SW Minnesota region developing the Program of Activities, Planning Leadership events for Region 6 FFA members and attending several State Leadership events designed to develop officers.
Jaden is the 1st FFA member from Edgerton to ever be elected to a Regional Officer Position.
She will be installed next month to the office position of Sentinel. Jerry and Shawn Weinkauf are Jaden’s parents. Congratulations!
