City Park Has New Sidewalks
For the past couple of weeks, Hulstein Excavating and Hulstein Concrete have been working on pouring the concrete sidewalks and sport courts at the Edgerton City Park. The view in this photo is from the southern sky over the ball diamonds, looking north towards Mill Street. This work is part of a DNR grant that the city received to make the park more handicap accessible and improve its usefulness to Edgerton residents. Eventually there will be more lighting and benches and the courts will have a special coating over the concrete. (Photo by Bernice Van Hulzen)
