Legion Presents Scholarships
Every year the Edgerton Legion Post #42 gives scholarships to seniors at SWC and EHS. This year they gave $500 to each winner.
Those chosen are:
Reece Wassink, a senior at EHS, who plans to attend the University of Minnesota, Morris, and major in elementary education. She will play basketball for the Morris Cougars.
Tyra Snyder, a SWC senior, who plans to attend Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, to major in nursing. She is not planning on doing any extra curricular activities while attending college.
Julianne Eisma, a SWC senior, plans to attend Dordt University in Sioux Center, Iowa, next year to major in secondary education.
