Chamber Hosts Fantastic Fall Festival

On Wednesday, Sept. 29, the Edgerton Chamber of Commerce hosted a Fall Harvest Festival on Main Street. The night included carnival games, pumpkin carving, a meal, and a hayride.

Several hundred people were downtown for the event and the Southwest MN Christian trap shooting team hosted a fundraiser supper where they served close to 500 people.

Chamber President Shela Gunnink said that she was really happy with the turnout for the evening. “Everyone seemed to enjoy being out on a pleasant evening, celebrating community with their neighbors and friends.”

One of the highlights of the event was the pumpkin patch hosted by Boverhof Produce. They sold pumpkins and the Chamber also purchased pumpkins that children could carve.

Everyone involved in the planning and carrying out of the event shared the thought that the event was a great success.
