Chamber Holds Golf Scramble
Last week Monday evening, August 2, members of the Edgerton Chamber of Commerce held their annual 2 person best ball golf scramble at the Adrian Country Club. This yearly event is open to Chamber members, their employees, and guests.
This year, there were 26 teams that participated. The winners were Craig Vreeman and his daughter Emaleigh. Brian Gilbertson and Jon Bloemendaal, who are neighbors, won the “best dressed” competition and also took 5th place. Second place went to Travis Rieck and Ross Fey and third place went to Orey Fey and Dallas Hamm.
After nine holes of golf, the participants feasted on burgers at the clubhouse.
The team of Emaleigh and Craig Vreeman came in first at the best ball golf scramble.
Brian Gilbertson and Jon Bloemendaal won the best dressed competition and also 5th place.
