The 3’s preschoolers are eight weeks into their first year of school. They are loving everything about coming to class. We have been working hard recognizing and writing our names. We’ve even learned all our classmates’ names too!

Our colors are coming along wonderfully and they have taken a ton of interest in the seasons and how quickly we changed from fall to winter. They love the “snow blanket” as they call it, but are disappointed that their chance to be outside to play and scavenger hunt will be on hold for a while. We found other ways to have fun though, it’s Homecoming week at school and we had a few kids who brought their cute hats for hat day!

Jaxon Schope and Landon Landhuis with their stuffed animals and pajamas for homecoming.

Sydney Rylaarsdam wore a purple hat to school for Hat Day.

Little Dutchmen Preschool is excited to be in school! We have already started lots of learning! We have begun our letters and are currently working on the letter H! We have started our tree unit and explored the leaves before the snow came! It was also Homecoming week and our Harvest party week! Students got to dress up and show of some fun outfits! We look forward to learning all different types of new things this year even with it being a little different than what we are use to!
